Paul Hollywood goes on a culinary and cultural road trip across Japan, exploring the extraordinary country through its food and unique eating experiences
In Mexico City, Paul samples the best taco he's ever had, discovers how to make Pan Dulce, attempts to eat a tarantula, goes on a takeaway food tour and has a go at fire hockey.
Paul attends a quinceañera birthday party in Baja California, tries fresh cactus in Milpa Alta and insects in Oaxaca, and visits one of Mexico's best restaurants on the Yucatán Peninsula.
The final leg of Paul's culinary voyage is dedicated to liquid-living, as he discovers the American obsession with Mexican coca cola and visits Mexico's most celebrated Mezcal distillery.
