Snog Marry Avoid? is a British reality television show broadcast on BBC Three, produced by Remarkable Television. The first four series were presented by Atomic Kitten member Jenny Frost, with Ellie Taylor presenting from the fifth series onwards. The show focuses mainly on transforming 'fakery obsessed' or 'slap addicts' in Britain into natural beauties by stripping them of their skimpy clothes and layers of make-up and giving them a makeunder instead of a makeover with the help of POD – the Personal Overhaul Device. POD's commentary is created by comedian Doug Faulkner and is voiced by the series 1-3 producer.
Lady Gaga-obsessed Eli wants to find out if she can be confident just being herself.
POD is in Birmingham where Ellie transforms herself into an Emo.
Vicky's plight for plastic fantastic perfection is driving her father up the wall.
Mel is transformed from punk to princess and Luke's bling makes POD's sensors overheat.
POD helps Kristie, whose mum wishes she could see her real daughter again.
Liberty comes into POD with her dog Bow. POD has a challenge with glamour girl Sophie.
Hair extension-obsessed Sophie learns the meaning of sophistication.
Ellie and POD are in London to transform clubber Meliesha and exhibitionist Jess.
Laura's mum wishes her daughter could be confident without the make-up and fake tan.
In Nottingham, POD performs transformations on tan addict Joanna and 80s throwback Claire.
POD performs transformations on fake tan fan Jake and make-up loving Whitney.
'Tis the fakest season of them all - it's Christmas! POD lands in Essex where Ellie puckers up with festive bejewelled lips and tries to get a smooch under the mistletoe. POD has her lens on two of the worst seasonal fakers and gives them make-unders for Christmas. Verity's party outfit leaves little to the imagination, but she insists that 'all girls get their baubles out at Christmas'. And addicted-to-fakery Jason is as brown as a Christmas pudding but insists that 'any attention is good attention', while his mum says 'I just want him to stop!'
