The ultimate murder mystery game.
Follow a group of contestants – including some familiar faces – who live together as they complete a series of challenges with the goal of earning a cash prize. The catch? Some of the contestants are traitors who will attempt to deceive and manipulate their way to the prize instead of sharing it amongst the group. In this psychological adventure will the traitors be unmasked in time?
The Traitors Canada Season 4 premiere, titled "The Spark," kicks off as host Karine Vanasse welcomes 22 new players to the historic manor. Instead of a slow introduction, the contestants are immediately thrown into a high-stakes, lethal first night where the Traitors are chosen and tasked with committing their first murder before everyone can even safely enter the house. The fast-paced premiere tightly packs the initial introductions, a grueling physical mission, the tense morning breakfast, and the very first roundtable confrontation into a single action-packed hour.
A potentially historic outcome looms as the first roundtable of the season comes to an end and the true identity of the banished player is revealed. As the players take on their next mission, some aim for money, while others target safety.
The Traitors find out if they hit their mark before they have to make another deadly gamble where one wrong move could expose them all.
With the trap set, the Traitors wait to see if anyone is successfully ensnared, or if they’re at risk of getting caught themselves.
With trust up for auction, the Traitors are faced with making a choice that could alter the course of the game, if it does not manage to divide them first.
