餓狼伝: The Way of the Lone Wolf
On the run from a past crime, Juzo Fujimaki is blackmailed into joining an illicit tournament and has to face top martial artists in deadly match-ups.
While hiding out in Hokkaido, Juzo rescues travelers from a bear. But his impressive fight puts him on the radar of the law and an illicit group.
After defeating karate master Ichiro, Juzo narrowly evades the police. But someone is leaking his whereabouts to martial artists who want a piece of him.
Training under Ranbo, Joze struggles to land a single hit. Meanwhile, Juzo confronts his inner beast and reflects on his dark past.
Juzo comes face-to-face with the mysterious Sergeant, who blackmails him into joining the underground tournament KODOKU where he's forced to brawl.
In the middle of Juzo's first match, Ryuoumaru lands a powerful strike that doesn't resemble any traditional sumo moves — awakening Juzo's inner beast.
Former King of the Cage Mifune has a secret weapon: his son. Juzo must overcome Kaito's uncanny ability to read moves, if he wants to get to the finals.
Bunshichi's quest for ultimate strength leads him to the Takemiya dojo. Juzo is set on confessing to Saeko — but Himekawa stands in his way.
It's the ultimate face-off: Juzo Fujimaki versus Tsutomu Himekawa. The Takemiya style versus the Hokushinkan school. Has the lone wolf met his match?
