Move fast and break people.
Inside the bubble of Silicon Valley, a data-mining CEO strives to turn insight and influence into profit and power in this darkly comedic look at the warped dreams, outsized egos, and ethical lapses of the self-styled inventors of the future.
Duncan, almost tech titan, must prove he and his company are F-able. JoAnne provides therapy with benefits. Orson lands from Baltimore. The party for Dr. Webb ends in a cat burglary.
JoAnne squirms in Duncan's grasp. Lili needs these diagnoses by yesterday. The press is on to a scandal. Bardolph's triggered. Xander gets the joke. Orson has his heart stolen by someone with practice. Gary's Pippin is - it's too awful to say.
Wildfires hit the Valley, poisoning everything: marriages, neuro-psych evals, cheeseburgers, fifth homes. When someone poops in a hat, one A.I. friend to teens might just be the hero we've been waiting for. Also, there's bad news about Linus Po.
Toxic masculinity makes a comeback in Martin's spine, Orson's gut, Duncan's shins. But the feminine side is strong: Sorrel's tincture, Lili's mud, JoJo's bridge. Anushka holds Duncan's feet to the fire as an atomic reaction sweeps through Las Altas.
HyperG's salvation is close, but there's danger to Duncan. Lili has a secret. JoAnne hopes garlic can save her. Anushka finds gold at the end of the slide, but a witness to Easter Island threatens to destroy her. Beatrice cuts a deal with the Tang.
JoAnne trusts Sheldon to do her dirty work. Ruffery is shattered. Duncan can't escape Hamish's legacy of flashy machinations. Tess discovers Orson's dark secret. Chekhov's gun might go off. Lili hits upon the greatest metaphor ever.
Is Xander a hero or a villain? Duncan is ready to disrupt with P.I.N.A.T.A. JoAnne contends with the consequences of her counsel. Anushka takes the lead and Martin has a decision to make. Gary gets to the root of Orson's strange behaviour.
Crises hit the Winter Forum and Winter Gala, grotesquely held in adjacent ballrooms. P.I.N.A.T.A. squares off against the ethics-tinted Hypergnosis. The youth face actual human problems. Xander, like an actual human, understands his true nature.
