The story revolves around the ups and downs of the life of five teenagers and how they cope with their surroundings.
Solely to manage the fanzine *KAMI* and replace her computer, Lynn goes to great lengths to obtain money—even resorting to conducting illicit "tutoring" sessions and purchasing drugs. Meanwhile, as Lynn attends a gig by the band Bittersweet at the venue Paul's Place, her mother discovers drugs inside a cupboard in her daughter's own room.
Ali is transferred to a new all-boys school, and plans to form a music group among the school's students, especially in the run-up to a talent competition. On the day of the competition, Ali responds to a spectator's taunt by getting into a fight with him while his band is playing. Eventually, as they serve their sentences together, they begin to bond over their common interest—music. Meanwhile, Lyn is forced to move to Kuala Lumpur with her mother, who has just discovered drugs in Lyn's closet.
Sofie's relationship with Zarul, a man Sofie's parents had set up as her boyfriend, began to fray after Zarul did something embarrassing to Sofie in the car. In addition, Sofie's parents divorced — her mother's second divorce. Sofie began to befriend Ali, but things didn't improve. Sofie expressed her dissatisfaction by hijacking the stage at the One Buck Short gig. Meanwhile, Lyn got into a fight with Boy, who was selling her drugs.
During this time, Adii often hangs out with someone he has never met face to face, instead only through instant messages on the computer. They both wanted to meet face to face, but that wish failed to come true. Moreover, Adii mistakenly mistook a musician at a club for his online garden. Over time, Abu and Adii became more friendly with each other. Lyn, on the other hand, helped her mother prepare to move to Kuala Lumpur.
Abu often worries his father with his discipline problems at school and at home. This is further compounded by the death of his brother (Adii's online friend in episode 4) which puts emotional pressure on Abu. In this episode, the fading of Abu and Ali's friendship is retold.
Lynn has difficulty adjusting to Kuala Lumpur and her new school, which Sofie and Adii also attend. Sofie and Adii try their best to befriend Lynn until they succeed when the three of them are locked in the school storeroom. And from there Lynn meets other friends, including Ali who is a loyal fan of her fanzine.
Now united with her four new friends, Lyn is excited to discover Teka-Teki's true identity. The five of them plan to attend a gig at Planet Hollywood over the weekend. However, their excitement is interrupted when one of Abu's acquaintances gets into an accident, and Abu himself is arrested for shoplifting.
After Abu was arrested, the relationship between the other four friends became strained and lost steam, especially Ali who was struggling with his band. Lynn felt stressed by this sudden change, but eventually fulfilled her promise to take her fanzine to the Internet. Although Abu was often bullied by other inmates in the rehabilitation center, he still diligently tried to improve himself. Eventually, Abu was visited by friends and family, indicating that he still received love and concern.
