On café’s menu this week; Jamie reveals how to cook the ultimate steak – his blow-out coté de boeuf; Jimmy produces succulent tandoori chicken in his a DIY dustbin oven; Usain Bolt cooks up the dish he reckons is the secret to his success – his Aunt Lily’s Jamaican Jerk pork with yams and dumplings; and the boys are determined to put a fantastic but forgotten Nottinghamshire cheese back on the map.
