在中小商社工作的公司职员辻一路（森崎温饰）。公司内的评价很好，也有像恋人关系一样的女性，但是不擅长被别人喜欢，也不擅长喜欢别人，没有谈过真心的恋爱。有一天，他在便利店遇到了有着不可思议氛围的女性叶山浮世（土村芳饰）。但是，只因为和她有了关系，就一个接一个地被卷入了麻烦之中。虽然很有魅力，但却有着漏洞和软弱，因此将周围卷入麻烦中的浮世，在注意到这一点的同时，不知为何总是无法将她放在一边的辻一路。他和黑社会的人有关系，虽然失去了工作和人际关系，但为了得到她，他开始走上了更加毁灭的道路 。
Two-timing office worker Tsuji becomes deeply involved with a woman named Ukiyo after a chance encounter with her at a convenience store.
Tsuji bumps into Ukiyo, but she runs away from him. After chasing her down and learning where she lives, he gets even more swept up in her troubles.
After Ukiyo almost faints from hunger, Tsuji takes her out to eat. She begins to let her guard down and reveals to him the origin of her name.
Tsuji finds out that Ukiyo is working at a hostess bar. When he offers her a place to stay, things look bright — until he learns a shocking truth.
Hosokawa starts to get jealous of Ukiyo. Things get worse at work when the company learns of the relationship between Tsuji and Hosokawa.
