Mark Evans and Anita Rani explore the lives of foxes across the UK, using tracking technology, camera rigs and amateur footage to learn more about the creatures. Do they deserve their cunning reputation? Where do they sleep? And most importantly of all - can you prevent them going through your bins?
This second installment explores the public's changing attitude towards the animals, and the foxes' relationship with pets. Veterinary expert Mark Evans investigates a fox attack on a Chihuahua, while the team also hears from a pet shop owner who became so fond of a fox that he gave the creature its own flat above the shop.
Mark Evans goes on the trail of a mysterious black fox, while Queen guitarist and animal lover Brian May talks about his own experiences of rescuing wild foxes.
The last program in the observational series takes a look at the differences between urban and rural foxes.
