Syirah is unhappy; there are still traces of Rosnani in her life. James decides to mentor Ah Yoke when he sees that she has potential. After a series of pranks, Kenneth knows the children are still not happy with him for leaving them.
Just when everything seems to be going against Ah Yoke, she gets some unexpected help. Zara is disappointed when she catches Syirah in yet another lie. Meanwhile, Zaryn continues to persuade Rosnani to let him proceed with the divorce in his favour.
The Lohs continue to adjust to Steven's return. Adina's fatigue gets the better of her and she resolves to make healthy lifestyle changes. James brings Ah Yoke for an important business meeting, but Ah Yoke's emotions get the better of her.
Ah Yoke tries hard to fix the bad impression she left on Albert Song. Zara finally sees Syirah’s true colours as Syirah and Zaryn break the news to the rest of the family about moving home. Louis enlists Ella’s help as he tries to get more information about Celia’s assault.
Zara gets Adina to throw her an extravagant birthday party. Rosnani tries to persuade Zaryf to move back. Louis tracks down Celia’s alleged rapist while Jessica plans to match-make Ah Yoke with Dr Shen.
Adina has a big fight with Zara after thinking that Zara had spent the night away from home without her permission. Louis’ good intentions to help Celia attain closure from her assault backfires. Meanwhile, Zaryf announces his plans to move back with the Hassans.
Jessica arranges a private dinner for Ah Yoke and Dr Shen but things didn’t go as planned. Syirah decides to put in more effort to get along with Adina. Celia shuts down Louis' attempts to resolve her past with Ivan.
Kenneth struggles with the household chores and he gets some help from Zaryf. Rosnani lands a new job but Jessica gets her to do a favour for her café. Matthew investigates a new case involving a foreign worker.
Matthew distances him from Ah Yoke and Dr Shen after he finds out that they are dating. Kenneth suspects Zaryf of having a crush on Deanna. At Shelley Holdings, James and Ananya clash over doing business with a subsidiary that Derek highly values.
Ella refuses to accept that Dr Shen might be dating Ah Yoke. Zaryf reluctantly goes along with Kenneth’s crazy idea. While tension between Ananya and James escalates at work.
Upset with Ah Yoke, Ella makes a scene at a Shelley charity luncheon. Keith starts to wonder if the company can actually function without Ananya. Zaryn, meantime, schemes to get closer to James.
James opens up to Ah Yoke about his relationship with Ananya and Derek. The mother-daughter problems between Adina and Zara bring up memories of the relationship Deanna used to have with her own mother. Dr Shen confronts Matthew about his feelings for Ah Yoke.
The Shelleys are concerned when Celia starts spreading news that Derek’s condition is deteriorating. Ella tries to convince Louis not to make a mistake that would have grave consequences for him. Rosnani finds it difficult to reject Jessica when Jessica keeps seeking her help for the café.
Ananya struggles with letting go of her obligations to Derek now that she is no longer a Shelley Holdings employee. Jessica remains territorial over Derek. Zaryn enjoys taking charge of the Corp Comms team now that Syirah is on maternity leave.
Derek’s waking up from his coma continues to send nervosity and apprehension among the Shelleys. Zaryn falls out with Syirah after finding out that she has been running the department in her absentia behind his back. Meanwhile, James drops a bombshell on Eunice.
The finality of the divorce hits Zaryn when Rosnani remains cold to him. Louis cuts Ella off after she lets slip about Celia’s trichotillomania and past trauma. Deanna encourages Thomas to propose to Ananya.
Kenneth worries that Deanna is going too far when she cooks up another plan for Ananya and Thomas. A concerned May Wan broaches the idea of Ella seeking help from a psychiatrist. Louis tries to clear the air with Derek over the rape allegations.
James has a showdown with Eunice over the alleged affair between Derek and Ananya. Ah Yoke is nervous when she learns she has to finally meet Derek face-to-face. Deanna backtracks when her plan for Ananya and Thomas backfires
Ah Yoke realises that Jessica has a difficult relationship with Derek. May Wan asks Steven for financial help with Ella's psychiatrist treatment. James, meanwhile, makes his commitment to Emily clear.
Mathilda warns Deanna about her meddling tendencies and Deanna is determined to prove her wrong. Zaryn is caught in the middle of Syirah and Adina’s squabble over domestic matters. Louis decides to prove himself to Derek and the Shelleys by succeeding at Shelley Holdings.
